They totally do free shipping sometimes! I've seen it as a special promo, especially during sales or with a newsletter signup. So yeah, if you're not in a rush, might be worth waiting a bit or signing up for their emails. Delivery was pretty standard for me, like 3-5 days to California last time.

I think they often have free shipping if you sign up for the newsletter, at least they did when I ordered last year. Delivery for me to NYC was about a week, maybe a bit less. Not super fast, but not terrible either.

I've found their sizing to be pretty true to size, maybe a tiny bit on the generous side sometimes, especially for their more relaxed fit items. I always check their size chart before buying, it's usually pretty accurate. For jeans I'd probably go with the 8 if you like a snug fit.
